(our sushi seviche at Uchi)I just got back from a wonderful trip with my fiance Jason. We left last week for an adventure in Austin, TX. Be being the foodie that I am of course researched all the best spots and Uchi did not disappoint. Probably the best fresh fish I have ever had. The Saki was a nice touch, as always. More pics to come of our trip!
